    Default Old Town Lake

Can anyone give me a report on Old Town Lake in Phillips county please? I heard they were biting before the rainy period. I am interested in water conditions there as well. Thanks.

Hey Gutshot Oldtown is probably flooded right now, because the White River backs up into it and it's really flooded right now. I hopes this helps even tho it might not be the info you were hoping for.

Thanks. I did not realize White River fed it. I grew up over there and fished it most of my life as well as hunted and fished the White River Refuge. I have only seen feeder creeks from the farm land. Which tributary feeds it? The White River is at least 12 miles west of Old Town and I only recall feeder creeks on the east and North sides of Old Town Lake. Thanks for the info.

It backs in through Big Creek from Indian Bay.

That means it will be covered up with carp in a few years.
