Thread: 27Oct Crappie

Hey yall,

Well decided to fish in the rain today. launched about 0700. hit the pond. caught 5-6 small ones real quick Spider rigging. very slow after that. finally put poles up and got out jig pole. caught 3 nice ones way up close to the bank and under a dock. should have went to that earlier me thinks. ended up with 9. with 2 good ones. one was 12 1/2" and another 12".

WTG Fetmo, nice Pic, I love the Fact that you went out there this morning, bet you had the place all to yourself and under austere conditions and still managed to catch some nice ones.

It's starting to look like if we get to fish it's going to be in the rain.

I remember the nastier it was last year, the more sure you could bet that CEB would be out there.

That is a great picture. It looks like she had a wrestling match with that crappie and won.
