Default "Winder" Fishing

Well here in N/WI during Dec/Jan usually it involves cutting a hole in 30 inches of ice to the water, but when I visit ARK. during Feb/Mar every year I don't have to contend with ice and I consider the fishing excellent. Everyone seems to wait for the fish to bed which I find boring. IN WI, LM or SM Bass can not be fished for, and is closed when they bed. I don't fish any differently than I do here in WI during the summer, except maybe having to put on a littler warmer clothing on once in awhile and I find the fish in the same places most of the time.
