Default New Net

Finally got me a good Landing net. Its a EGO Reach net. it extents out like 8' feet and his a fine mesh. I was having lots trouble with my sinkers going through my other net and tangling up really bad, and other net was too short. It was comical watching me try to net fish on long poles with short net!!

My wife bought me one in July. So far it's worked out great.

If it is the mesh net and not the rubber net I would go ahead and replace with rubber net. Hooks will get hung in the mesh and aggravate you to death. Believe me, I have been there. Other than that it is a great net for panfish.

Where did you get your net at? Also, how much does one run like that?

They were running a special yesterday for, I believe, 29+. I don't know if it's still good. The MS.com boys had a thread on them.

I have one on the way. Its the finer mesh type, but rubber. I'm gonna toss it in the water and see if it floats.

Right after I zip tie some foam to it.

It arrived today. Seems like a very nice net especially at the price offered.

Now that you have it in person....do you think hooks will hang in the rubber coated nylon mesh? I've got one just like it in the mail as I type.
