"Mismanagement and underinvestment by the U.S. Air Force could possibly lead to the failure and blackout of the Global Positioning System (GPS), a federal watchdog agency says.

The risk of failure starts in 2010, according to the Government Accountability Office (GAO) report quoted by PC World."

Excellent! I was worried O was gonna run out of stuff to throw my and my grandkid's money at. Ummm, this one kind of worries me though, cause there would be actually something tangible to be gained by investing in it which, apparently, is against the rules up in DC these days.

Oh well, I'm sure Pelosi and Reid will come up with a solution. Good thing the American people had the foresight to put in place checks and balances.
