Where's a good place to try this weekend? Wolf will be packed with Crappie club folks and all so that leves it out. Washington? Eagle? Chotard? All are close, OK within 1 1/2 hours of the house. I've never fished anywhere but Ross Barnett for Crappie and want to expand my horizons abit. Oh, it has to have a bridge hehe Just kidding

DonDon, of the ones you mentioned i would probably do the Eagle thing. I love Chotard but the river is still a bit high, let it drop about 8 feet however and this ole boy will be over there. On eagle you would probably want to hit the deep piers and float row.

I know he will be fishin on Sat and some on Sun weather permitting. If I can talk my daughter into coming down to sit with my wife, I may try Enin myself on Sat. PM torch to see. If you do, I look forward to meeting you on Sat.
