Default Nothing to but whine, and tie jigs

I hate this weather this year! Shows signs of clearing up and then it snows again and trains like the dickens. My lakes just started to clear up a little tiny bit and it pours and snows. Temperatures started coming up and it snows and freezes. It hasn't been like this for decades I swear! Looks like I might actually have descent, in JUNE!

Got CABIN FEVER big time and it is getting so bad I don't even want to tie right now. About to go out and try to catch so poggies, they are little tiny salt water perch that have no limit, just so I can catch something! Could always stock up and use them for crawdad bait.

I wish I could afford a trip down south so I could catch some fish right now and make up a huge fish fry. Then again I might never want to come back.

Oh well, guess it is time to get back to tying.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

That's exactly what I've been doing lately here in NC too.

Well you could move down to the south in the winter and back home in the summer but then you couldn't tie jigs.

I had a VERY hard time coming back to KC from the record setting temps in San Antonio a few weeks ago. Luckily the weather was supposed to drop to 36 the day we were leaving.
