Go to whnt.com and click on the link about the florence alabama woman who has a fish pond in her living room with a jumping bass. She has taught the fish to swim in a circle and to jump out of the water to eat out of her hand. Its very neat

Wow! Even ladies that have a pet Bass exaggerate the size and weight. I thought only Bass fisherman did that. That Bass looks to be a 3 pounder at best.

We have a 1/4 acre pond. We used to have a 1 1/2 lb large mouth that would jump up and take night crawlers out of my hand. When you walked up to the edge you could see his wake as he came across the pond to meet you, then he would follow you if you walked around the pond. In April and May we rake back some leaves and get all the night crawlers we want, used to toss them in and watch the bass rush to get em. I first started to hold a crawler letting it dangle in the water the held it a little off the water and eventually he would jump a foot or so high to get it. We feed our bream bread, never knew a bass would eat bread. Wait and see the next rage will be a wheat flavored attractant. The video was cool.

scott, that was the first thing i thought of too, the bass barely looked 2 pounds to me. I do know however 2 things. One, sometimes pictures and videos dont really show the true size. Two, some people weigh fish with those old scales that are always off by a long shot. No matter what its cool

I tried to train the sunfish, catfish, and bass in my Pop's pond to do tricks. The only trick they wont do is jumping into a frying pan :( No matter how many bugs and worms i give em, they wont do it.
