I tried to get on their web site today and I too had no luck so I called their 1800 number and got nuthing. Does anyone know what is going on?

We have had some bad storms here in Northern Illinois the past few days, according to the weather charts, TV, these storm with 50mph winds, 4=5 inches of rain in parts, stretched all the way down & into Missouri. Could be they are without power.

I just talked to Lou on Monday about returning a rod that broke on the very first fish. Everything was fine then (including the web site) and he told me to send it on back in for replacement. I mailed it back to them today.

Fear not, fellas.

ebalmer, I never got a confirmation # for the rods that I ordered two weeks ago either but they did show up. It took them right at a week for postal delivery and I barely live an hour and a half from the place. They shipped out the day after I ordered.
