Tool Rack Mounted on Rod Holder

I need some advice from my fellow "riggers",,,

I am looking for ideas, pictures and/or links on a rod holder mounted tool caddy. I would like to make or buy something to mount on a Driftmaster 1" shaft to keep my pliers, cutters, crappie nibbles and maybe even a cup holder within easy reach.

The closest thing I've seen so far was mounted on the boat Kent Driscoll(?) was on in the Feb issue of Crappie World.

I know you engineers have some great ideas out there, let's hear 'em!!
