Thumbs up I just can't bad mouth WM rods after yesterday

I have read a few bad reviews on the WM signature series rods on here & just had to show this. Both were caught back to back, on different rods & were not happy about being hooked! I also threw in some pics of some real fish. The 2 big boys will go on the grill. You talk'n bout some PO'd bass fishermen at the cleaning station! :D Big bass tourny this weekend I think! :D Those 2 won't be make'n it to the weigh in. :D Oh, I almost forgot. I also caught about a 30# Drum on one of my WM's and got in a brush pile in 15 MPH winds & had 3 rods bent plum under the boat. Still good as new!

Default No problem with WM rods.

I like my 14 ft. WM Universals rods. I have caught several big stripers on them while trolling for crappie. One was 23 Lbs and have almost bent them double while hung in a brush pile. Have not broke one yet.

I agree , I have 2 10' wm's that have outlasted a half dozen B & M's. Caught a 60 lb blue on 1 w/6 lb test. It took 45 min to land him but what a fight. Best rods I have ever used.

VERY nice mess of fish. You don't see bass that big at most tourneys!

What were you using -- jigs or minnows or both?
