    Going to try sauger around Clifton (KY Lake) tomorrow. Wondering if anybody has been doing any good and would have some advice.

    Please let me know how you do. They've started biting the past couple of weeks. Try just up from the marina toward the bridge or down by the park. I will be with you in spirit as I will be at work tomorrow and (even worse) will be at a cheerleading competition (with my daughter )saturday when it's supposed to be near 80 and........

    Just wondering what kind of lures or jigs yall fish with for saugers up there.

    I use the 1-1.5 oz. sauger jigs with the stinger treble hooks. Chartreuse, Orange, Green heads, usually tipped with a minnow.

    3 of us caught our limit with at least 20 throwbacks. A real good day on the Ohio.
