    Default Caught a Good 'Un

Went fishing this a.m. , didn't have a whole lot of luck with the size, but caught a really good female blacknose. How do I know it was a she?The eyelashes silly. Didn't fillet her, let her loose in the neighborhood lake to live another day. Don't get me wrong. If there had been at least three more like her, adios. 21 crappie and 2 keepers. She was 15 and an eighth inches and 1.68 lbs.

    Hey Jim:

Put "Black Nose Crappie" or "Arkansas Black Nose Crappie" in the search bar of this board, google or any other search engine and you'll find a lot of information on them. Here is one thread from this board - http://www.crappie.com/gr8vb3/showth...cknose+Crappie

Great catch J. I wish a few of those would show up in Harding to spawn.
Keep practicing so you can show me some hot weather tricks next month.
