    Default J. Percy Priest Update


    I fished on Monday 08-16-04 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. around the bear island area of J. Percy Priest. I caught 17 crappie and kept 13. The ten biggest weighed a total of 7lb.6oz. The biggest one was 13.75in. and weighed 1lb.0oz. These fish were caught with minnows on a double hook kentucky rig in 18-27 ft. of water over wood structure. Water Temp. at surface-79 degrees.
