there are still good folk out there. Maybe just too far inbetween.
general i here from time to time that people that own a home on a lake are pretty fussy when people walk on the property, i went out ice fishing and decided to go ask a home owner if i could walk across there yard instead walking across the lake to get to one of my open water hot spots, and the guy really welcomed me, he told me not many people ice fish here but go have fun.
As i was leaving he was outside and wondered how i did, and he said i told you so :D

We need more of people like that for sure.
Too bad that's not the norm.

maybe they get angry because most people will not take the time to politely ask if they can cross the property. I know I wonder about someone on my property when I don't know what they are up to and have no business there. I bet a lot of them would be a little nicer if they were ask properly.
smiles are contagious, spread them around
