    Default Alabama/Florida Boarder Native

Guys I'm planning on visiting The great state of Alabama soon. I have many relatives in that area. I used to live in Flomaton as a kid. I now live in Texas and fish for Crappie year round. Do any of you guy's have some suggestions on where I should fish this summer?

I agree w/ FalconSmitty.... I'm from Montgomery and fish the sh*% out of Lake Martin and Jordan for crappie, I have caught more quality & quanity of crappie on Harding. Although I will be scouting and fishing on Mitchell Lake soon, I've heard of some good crappie fishing. Good Luck,

    Brian

Let us know how you do on lake mitchell. I have not fished Mitchell in a few years. It's a great lake, real clear water and lots of deep water next to shallow points with grass cover.

Reel you just made me think about a trip to Mitchell. How about Jordan. Both are about an hour and half away from me. I have never fished in a true clear water lake.
