    Default DIY Bobber Stop


    Just take a foot long piece of 12 pound mono and tie 5 hard overhand (granny)
    knots on top of each other and clip close to the Knot. NOTE: you have to put
    your hook and cork on first and pull your line like a guitar string.

    I see my post is unclear, you wrap the 12 pound mono around your main fishing line just above the float and pull the 12 pound test tight when making the knots. The main fishline has to be tight to make a good knot, it will grip like a bulldog.
