    Default New Boat Floats Tomorrow

The new boat will be in service starting tomorrow. If you're going to get a new boat and rig it out for yourself, I recommend doing it during the winter. It sure has been hot while working on her. It has certainly been a journey. Still got a few things to do but that can be done floating in the boat slip. It's time she gets to work. Everything is new -- Blue Wave boat, Roadrunner trailer, Suzuki 140 4-stroke, Man of War seats, Minnkota Riptide 80, Garmin 76cx (carryover from the old boat), Humminbird 777, Driftmaster rodholders with rod resters, and Lowrance LCX-27c (to be mounted later on console). Now all I have to do is move all my tackle over and make adjustments on the rodholders. Oh, and properly break-in the new motor. It's been a long time in coming and now maybe I'll get a smoother ride on the water.

    Nice rig.
It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Awesome boat Darryl. All set up now. I'll have to come down and check it out. This time we can break the waves for Jerry.

Now go show it how to catch some crappie. Make it learn well. The new boat certainly will help beat the pants off Jerry next time we go!
