I talked to her last night after ed posted the message and she said she still cant get on. she logs in and is welcomed but when she goes to make a post it tells her shes not authorized to do so.. anybody got any ideas what can be done to get her to postin?

I actually cut and pasted her USERID "Mrs. Crappie Eye" and logged on with the most recent password I provided to you Mrs. Crappie Eye, and it works for me. I'm not sure of what's happening when you try it. The only other suggestion is maybe I change your userid to something simpler without spaces. If you want me to do that, you can email me at [email protected] and I'll make up an ID for you.
