    Default Sound Card Advise

It seems either me or the kids lost my sound card. This box (which I know very little about) says NO Sound Devise. It won't let me use restore system. How and where do I find out the name of what the factroy installed as for speakers and download the sound card file? Someone lead this horse to water. Thanks!

    Download Aida32 http://majorgeeks.com/download181.html
or belarc advisor http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html and run either of them on your PC. They will tell you what your hardware is and then you can go to the manufacturer's website and download new drivers. If that doesn't work, a new card is pretty inexpensive and easy to install.
