    Default New Navy Fighter Plane...check it out...pics


    The plane in these pictures is still officially the "Air
    Vehicle Number 1," a prototype, on board the USS George
    Washington CVN-73 for catapult fit checks. Not exactly still
    Top Secret but certainly not yet made public.

    It will be known as the F/A-37. Although specs are classified,
    it is believed to be Mach 3.5 (top speed in the Mach 4 range)
    super-cruise stealth fighter/bomber/interceptor with approximately a 4,000nm range.

    She looks like Jennifer Beale in the movie Stealth. I think that was her name.

    You are right. I think its all a movie prop from what I just read from a movie called Stealth. Kara Wade is who Beale portrays in the movie and is fictious.

    yea its a movie prop for "stealth"..i'm a navy aircraft mechanic..i can assure you this isn't a future jet...but it sure does look cool!...the latest and greatest we are going to get is the joint strike fighter and thats still years away...
