    Default Me and My Pet


    This is a little pet I caught at our City Pool last year. They are great pets. Look on the side of my cap if you dont see it. Its a good sized tarantula. Their byte is less lethal than a bee sting.
    Soldiers and Firefighters. Some people were meant to call 911, Some were meant to BE 911

    Spiders & snakes are in the same category for me. They are safer if they are not near me.

    Funny thing about your pet and other pets. Pets like....dogs for instance, don't make me Mess myself and run like I am on fire. Spiders FREAK ME OUT

    I don't know much about tarantulas except that I'd rather have them in my house over these damn things.


    Wolf spiders get BIG, and abundant. Their first instinct is to flee, but they will turn and face off with you in the basement because they can be aggressive. I have found that hand tools do a fair job on em, but sometime you have to hit em twice.

    Spiders don't freak me out, I just leave them alone and let them do their thing - hopefully that includes eating skeeters and flies.

    Only time I kill one is if my wife sees it, then I have to kill it to get her to stop screaming :D
