    Default Miller's Ferry Slabs

Two days fishing at Miller's Ferry produced some nice slabs. My partner and I kept 45 in two days with none under 10". Most were more than a pound, with a few over a pound and a half. The largest was 1.96. They are busting open to lay their eggs. Almost without exception, the fish were caught fishing 18" to three feet, even in deep water.

There is a Miller's Ferry in Alabama just SW of Montgomery that is a great Crappie Lake.

Miller's Ferry is what everyone calls William "Bill" Dannelly Reservoir on the Alabama River, Southwest of Montgomery.

Great job and thanks for sharing you pics.
I like to see you-all's pictures.
It makes me languish in my own self pity. :D

If I could just afford to move south.
