A Suggestion To Prevent Porn On Site

Just a suggestion on how to prevent the porn on the site but not real sure if it can be done. Is there any way that if a person wants to be a member that they have to fill out information about themselves and then be approved by the moderators? This may not completely stop them but it will sure deter them since they have to go thru that process to become a member. Just a suggestion

I agree they are computer generated. The suggestion will still work then. If it is in fact computer generated, the computer will only hit on sites that are easy to get onto not sites that have to fill out a questionare.

I thought someone had to approve you to be on this site AND if you activate the screeen where the BOT is required to retype a word it usually cuts down on this, even though this site has the least spam I have ever seen.

Guys, Idont know what the answer is, but i was looking at all the different topics with my 8 year old little boy. After scrolling throug the topics my little boy asked " Daddy what is porn?" I would like to ring the Responsible party's neck!!
Surely the moderators can come up with something!

All an Admin needs to do is enable Coppa on the registration form, where members and bots alike need to enter a series of letters/numbers. Most computer generated bots can not get past those.

i know this may seem like a hassel but it should work...
make this site like the sites that have the funny letters you have to type in before it will let you post what you want to send
and i dont remember if the site has that when you sign up but if it doesent it should that should really put a halt on the spammers as thats what typing those funny letters in is all about if it can get past that its a human and not a pc

i really think if who ever is in charge of these things would install that you would find it works all sites such as myspace has it and it stoped the spammers there
