    Default Mercury EFI

Does anyone know if the Mercury EFI has any common problems? The 1997 Mercury 150, does it get any better fuel economy than the the original? I know not as good as the optimax though.

I have a 1995 model EFI purchased new 4/95, besides water impeller's it's never been worked on. Don't run it a lot anymore but still glad to have it and consider it a goodun.
