    Question Pecan roasting

Someone on one of these threads asked about roasting pecans.
Well, there were a couple of replys and I can't find them again.
    Can anybody help me out?
    Thanks

My recipe for roasting pecans is simple

Ingrediants: 1lb pecans, 1 stick of butter, salt and pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees and melt butter in baking pan. Pour the pecans into the pan and stir making sure they all get lightly coated w/butter. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.

bake them 20 minutes total removing them every five minutes to stir.

After removing them from the oven for the last time, sprinkle with salt and a little pepper and let them cool.

Trust me they are worse than Lays potato chips....you can't eat just one!!
