Smile Cajun Mac & Cheese recipe!

This is my friends mac & cheese recipe.Thought i would post for others to Enjoy! Here we go.

You will need to boil about 8 or 10 ounces of your favorite pasta until it is done. Drail it and set it aside. Now chop about 3/4 of a cup of red and green bell pepper and set aside. While the pasta is still hot cut up and stir in about 1/2 pound of good cheddar cheese...we had rat cheese from the country store and I suppose it was just plain cheddar. When the chees has melted good add the chopped bell pepper. Then add 1/8th teaspoon of crushed red pepper....lighten up on the red if you are a non hacker. Beat one egg well and add to them mixture. Chop some parsley and two shallots green part and all and add to the mixture. Add four tablespoons of honey. Add to this 1 and 1/4 cup of pet evaporated milk. Stir all of this well and put it into a 14X9 inch baking dish (i use pyrex) you use what you have but grease it will with butter or olive oil. Place it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the top is just starting to get brown. Bubbles will be apparent and the smell will make you shout...allons mange.
