I have tried both the gel attractant and the crappie nibbles. Never could tell that the gel attractant did very much. On the other hand, the crappie nibbles work great. I have an assortment of colors in the boat at all times. I have caught crappie, catfish, bass, and bream on jigs tipped with nibbles.

Nibbles are the real deal.....they'll help you put more fish in the boat.

Never used the gel, but the nibbles work. And if you using tube jigs, then the thing to do is get you a bait pump and inject the nibbles into them, they last much longer.. If interested, check out the website at http://www.thebaitpump.com/

I've used the Powerbait 2" grubs and tubes and they work well for me. I've caught fish with those when nothing else works.

I'll tell ya this much last month I accidentally left the nibbles at home and my wife and I almost didn't bother putting the boat in the water!
