NO....not enough to even make a dent! Trust me...was down there 2 weeks ago...and not any "Significant" rain....
HOWEVER...........if the wind is calm...you can probably wear-em out in the deep water...Cypress Point...hmmm...can't remember, I think thats a resort right by the campground....if so...plan on about a 20 minutes boat ride to Green Island point...and areas around that (deep water)....there are VISIBLE stumps...E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E......
Craker68 and I did OK...trolling minnows in 12 foot of water...fishin about 5 foot deep...also, caught some fish just jiggin around the stumps....
If the weather cools...and it's forecasted to...(and some rain down there)...fishing will turn on...but, you just gotta be careful....idle speed...and make sure you have someone with you in the front of the boat...aka...Stump watcher!!!!
Good times....I have never seen it as low as it is now..ever...
Easily....24-30 " low....
