    I think I might be going too fast. When I let the line "catch up" I usually get a bite. Do you want to hold right on them, or comb the area where the fish are stacked?

    Adjust for drift. we usually fish about .6 mph. add about 2 ft of line with 3/32 jig and #2 split shot

    I know of a man that fish's Reelfoot that catches fish when nobody else does,
    sitting still for a while and when, moving about 20 yards, and sitting still again, does that all day.
    He is set up like trolling, with lots of poles out.
