Where are most of you guys putting your boats in at Wateree? Is it possible to put in at Cedar Creek behind the dam?

Wateree is only down about a foot and the Wateree Creek boat ramp is looking good.

Ditto on what everyone says. Wateree Creek is the way to go.

Any of you guys fish a place called Stumpy pond or Stumphole? Something like that. My brother went fishing with one of my co-workers on Myfish and said it looked like a great crappie lake but it was very windy when they went. I'm down in Columbia and always looking for a place without too many anglers. I remember the lake is called by several names.

theres some reporting on the crappie at stumpy here at times. i havent fished it in a few years but at times it seems to be pretty hot with a lot of big fish caught.
