Left work at 5 last night, made the 4 mile drive to a local fishing hole, hope to catch a crappie or two during a snowfall in the remaining 30 minutes of daylight. It was a nice setting; ripples on the water as the snow was falling and watching that bobber go under! Caught 11 keepers in the 30 minutes (10-13 inchers). Caught on a jig and niblet 30 inches under a bobber in 12-14 feet of water. Gave the fish to a local wido woman, who doesn't fish as much as she would like to, made her day! Wait a minute I think I have another bite.
