I'm interested to hear when, where, and how you are catching them.

I've been with the kids a couple of times from 7pm til 1am. We caught a few up in the Saluda 3-8ft deep on the edge of the river channel, with the largest probably about 1/2 pound.

We've also caught a few on safety pin type spinners under the lights around the boat ramps in 4-5 of water, with the largest around 3/4 pound.

Fished minnows one night at the RR tressel @ the Laurens County Shine club with a submerged white light. We caught 13 and probably missed about 30. All the boats were catching them, but the largest we caught was still only about 1/2 pound.

It was very exciting to see the shad swirl thick around the light, and periodically see crappie move into the light to feed on the shad.

I'm also interested to know of other good crappie waters in the Greer/Spartanburg area. Is anyone familiar with crappie fishing in the Spartanburg County Water Reservoirs?
