    does anybody know what kind of depth finder thats real good but not to high on the price i have a cuba and it worked good but now its messing up on me big time. it still shows the correct depth but evrything else is messing up i mean somethimes everything works right then blackout. kinda want to upgrade but at a good price.

    For the money you can't go wrong with a Hummingbird.

    Chad, I got an Eagle SF480 and am well pleased so far. Had one problem with it and Lowance fixed it and sent it right back. Cant beat the value for $200 and change. Plenty of pixels and plenty enough power.

    Have used the hummingbird 987c2 for a couple of years matrix, 737with great sucess.Love em.
    If people concentrated on the REALLY important things in life....
    there would be a shortage of fishing poles !

    eagle, the cheaper Lowrance (supposed to be made by lowrance) and they work well go for as many pixel's as you can afford.

    my2cents worth. ---but they're all made in china???? :p
