    Default Douglas gills 6/13-6-15


    We caught 49 Wednesday 38 Thursday and 39 Friday heres a pic from Wednesday and Friday

    The one gill by it's self was around 9 inches long and weighed about 1 1/4 pounds all and all me and papaw had fun.

    do you clean gills the same way as crappie

    nice catch there smallmouth put some specks on them and it would be a grat catch ha!ha! just kiidding that is a great catch.some good eating

    Hey smallmouth......did you know about the 12" limit on them gills?:D
    Looks like most of them are a bit short
