    Default Douglas Nightstalk 3/21

We started around 8:00 PM and fished until 12:00 AM.
    Fishing is getting better.

Default Nice fish - where and how deep

    Dave,

I'm not very familiar with Douglas, but I am an avid night fisherman. I'm sure the boat traffic on that lake is like any other during the warmer months. When I'm not trolling crank baits early in the day, I like to avoid the "lake lice" and fish at night if possible during the summer. Any advice on locations to look at, depth and bait of choice? Are the submersible lights or green lights popular here in East Tenn? With the clearer water I'm not sure which ones would work better. I also have plenty of "night lights" for my rod holders and floating lights as well. Any help would be appreciated.

    Best fishes',
    Mark

I use minnows under both a green and clear light, that is because that is all I have. Find some water with a sharp dropoff around creek mouths.
