    Default River Fishing


    I was just looking for a little feedback on river fishing. I know that Bank lines or trot lines are probably the best, but I'm not real excited about getting in the water.....What am I looking for when casting or what constitutes a good hole. What time of day is the best?....and what bait has anyone had success with?

    Our success fishing Cape Fear River is find deep holes, using 2 finger bait fish, some use chum. They usually pick up the bait and move away.
