Way to go, Rusty. We spent the day at Big Sandy. Didn't get a limit, but we had a good time. As Roybuoy would say, LOW STRESS!!! Ended up with 15 keepers and caught a lot of dinks. Paul and I are planning to get up to Reelfoot here pretty soon - the lake lice are already tearin up Ky Lake.

Thats why I like Reelfot Vonna. It is a two hour drive from my house but worth it to not have to deal with those pesky lice. It just makes for a hard day, my tired buttt was in bed by 10 last night. I'll be up there next Thursday night and fish till Saturday night. I hope the wind cooperates.

    Default On the foot today.

My sister snagged this one on the Foot today. 1' 10oz We kept 42. They were all dark, some were really black. Caught a few females. but they weren't leaking eggs. We did our most damage in 4' of water but caught them in 3 all the way to 6 foot of water.

Ran into Semomike saw him haul several fish in. he saw me catch about 3 drum in a row.

It was like that for us too gator. It has been like that all weekend really. I mean 6 or 7 inch fish no problem. Almost like post spawn conditions. These fish are really just not recovering right. I think the biggest thing is that more may have spawned than we thought. And only certain areas of the lake are producing well on different days. But hey, thats fishing.

You guys need to back out of the trees and get in the open water, I think they are out in the open getting ready to rush the trees,

I post some pics of our catch, I've got them on ice waiting to be cleaned.
