sounds like you covered the basic's not much else you really can do for PM
Hey all...
Here is a question for you. I have only owned a boat for about 2 1/2 years now. Last night I was getting some things ready for my fishing trips coming up in May. Well, what all does a person need to do to their motor to make sure it is ready to run strong in the water after winter? I have changed the plugs, and went ahead and changed the lower unit oil. I checked all the connections of my wires, I greased the fittings, and have made sure that the water pump is cranking things out fine. Is there anything that I am missing? It is a 20-hp tiller steer Johnson, if that helps for anything.

Only other thing you could do is mount it on the side of a metal barrel full of water and run it a little to get any cobwebs out.
Here you go.
