They will probably start weighing in around 2:30. You have to be in line by 4:00.

Did anybody go to the weigh in? I got there a bit late, but I did see the amateur's get their plaques. The winners were from Mt. Juliet and they weighed 7 or 8 pounds of fish.

Most people caught fish in 18 - 26 feet of water.

I'd like to hear how the pro's did if anyone has that info.

i went to the weigh in. would have fished the tournament but i was on call for my job this weekend. i do know some of the results. team of eubanks/moore won the semi-pro division with over 11lbs. they also won the big fish of the tournament with a 2lb+ fish. a local area team had 8.16 to win first in the amateur division. second place in the amateur divison was the team of miller/bryant with 7.65. seemed like the fish bit even through the rough weather. go to crappieusa.com tommorrow they should have the full results there.

I fished Drakes Creek this afternoon. Lots of tourney guys hunting for fish. All that I saw were trolling the creek channel. I caught a limit in 4-5 ft. Had several over 1 lb. had 1 over 2 and missed a hog. Used Road Runners and a few minnows. The fish are up shallow but they do not want a steady retrieve. You have to fish just past the cover and then let if fall. That is how all of my big fish were caught. I think I made one of the tourney guys a little upset when I caught 3 real nice fish right in front of him. It’s going to be rough tomorrow but I am still going.

Just about everyone that won was fishing Drake's creek. Only one was up river. That is if they were truthful about it. Most were deep

The guys that won the Amateur side fished Spencer Creek. I know one of the guys through a friend.
