Default It was chilly on the water today

I took my boat out so I could tweak the rod positions and a few other small changes I recently made. It was a little chilly on the water at Beaverdam. The surface temperature was 36 degrees and the creeks are still frozen over. I got things tweaked and strolled around a bit, but I had no takers on my jigs. Here is a picture of the boat dock and parking lot.

And here is a picture of what the rod holders look like while in use. The other side looks the same. I was not able to get a wide enough angle to show both sides at the same time. The creek you see off of the stern was frozen from about 100 yards off the main lake to the back.

No bimini top. I just carry an umbrella for when the sun gets to beating down too hard.

    Thumbs up bimini top..

yah, did the same on my little bass boat...put an extra pedestal seat base behind my front seat and rigged 7'-dia. patio umbrella on an adjustable pole for shade...may look funny but keeps me cooler...find I catch more fish in shade..ha ha ha ha ... :D

Thats a great looking boat. I have a 10' Jon boat I throw in the back of the pickup that I wished was outfitted that nice. You paid alot of attention to detail.
