Hey Crappietime

It's crappie time. I went to one of your favorite creeks on the lower end yesterday. My radiator went out in my truck, so I had to take the day off. Several bank fishermen had stringers of 6 or 7 fish, and we caught a couple. I was supposed to be practicing for this bass tournament this weekend. I caught a good little hybrid and a good keeper bass. Couldn't connect on any keeper crappie, but the water was muddy and 50 degrees, and clear and 45 degrees on the main lake. I'm going out again on Friday.....don't know if I'm gonna bass fish, or meat fish, though.

Well yesterday I spent working on the house.Another crappy water leak..I am heading to the lake right now as we speak.If you are out there Friday hollar at me and see what we can get into.I am off Friday nite.May even take my boat with me to work tonight so I can leave straight from work and go to the lake.

I might try the lower end of the lake....there's been a lot of reports of fish on the upper end, so I'm sure that end will be packed w/ all of the tournaments.

Are you fishing tournament Sat and if so where is it out of?

The one we're fishing is out of Long Hunter. Usually we go out of Hurricane Creek, but the PBF is blasting off out of that area.
