Default Opinions/Reviews on Slab Hammer Cranks SHCCXD

How do these compare to Bandit/Arkie?
They are supposed to dive to 10 ft.

They run close to the same.....best buy on crankbaits is Arkie 350s at GrizzlyJig. A little less than 4 bucks

Yes, they're on sale for $2.99. That's why I wondered would it be worth it to spend the extra $1/each for Arkies. I can get 4 Slab Hammers for the same price as 3 Arkies.

As you learn the details of the water you fish, some patterns will shine above others no matter who made em. I used a Bomber that put lots of fish in the boat and no other mfg had that color combo in their line. Try a few of what you think might be best where you fish and don't forget solid black. There was always one in my spread and it always caught some.

That's a good price, although I've never used them I'm positive they could catch crappie. Only drawback is only 9 colors available on that site. Order alot of those and then go to grizzly and order a few dozen arkies a few dozen bandits and swap up color patterns. Maybe 3 or 4 in each color. You need an arsenal of crank colors, no different then jigs. One day they might tear up one crank make/ model/ color/ the next day they won't touch it. I have 200-300 cranks and ain't even ordered yet for 2017 :-)

And don't forget the big boxes to keep em all in so they don't get torn up.
