I'm wonderin' what that is 'tween the fillet and ear of corn. Almost makes me think sweet tater fries. Reminds me of health food. All good.

the fish and sweet potatoes on the plate are actually baked after they were breaded and the sweet tators were cooked in the microwave till done before baking .....
and no worries i saved the rest of the crappie we baked for today as a lunch thing ....so i am doublin up on my crappie conservation efforts .....

What you on a diet or sumthin. That one little fillet would just make me hungry. Like the TV commercial "where's the beef" well "Where's the fish".

One fillet is a direct violation and grounds for termination!!
