    I moving the Data Base to another, faster server. Should only be down for about 1/2 hour.

    We're back on the air. This is quite a change for me, I'm now running the Web Server on one computer and the Data Base Server on another. The plan is that the Data Base Server is much more powerful and the board speed should improve. We'll see, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    I see LaBill and PignPen out there, performance OK for you all. Everything working fine. The real test is peak time in the afternoons though.

    At first I thought I was going to have to agree with Roberta. When I got off work this morning things were actually taking longer for some reason? It seems to be back to normal now but, I have'nt noticed it being any quicker yet. My service provider is'nt exactly light speed
    Ed, I'm sure not complaining and I'm grateful to be able to enjoy this site at any speed
    I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

    I dumped my old bookmarks and reloaded. The new bookmark worked. Still a little slow, but I also have really lousy land lines and an old machine, so a good bit of it is certainly me. - Roberta

    I thought the site was slower tonight. I had no problem with book marks and didn't realsie there was any change until i started looking at all new post. I am on digital cable. Not complaining, just telling you my experience tonight.
