Fishing with someone I like the Crappie Masters net but its heavy with a 12 foot reach, alone I use a Wally World frabill that extend a little bit and add a paint handle to it.

Here are a couple of nets you may want to consider. The Ego net is very nice especially if you get the rubber net version because you could use it when you start pulling cranks.

If you can see yourself fishing in tournaments someday then you may want to skip the Ego and move up the the Crappiemasters net. It's longer and deeper than the Ego but can be difficult to use when fishing alone because of the weight.

The Cumings crappie net that Monks crappie out of South Carolina sells. It will extend from about 8.5ft to about 11ft and is light considering the length. I like it personally better than the Ego, never used a Crappie Master but heard good reviews about it. I think the Crappie Shop in Gray, Georgia may sell the Cumings as well.

Got the 7 dollar Walmart. Went to Lowes got the extending painters pole and glued the net in with f26. Put in a couple of screws and taped over. Poor folks got poor ways.extended to 15 ft.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and one that goes click when it is supposed to go bang.
