How many rods will the rod ramp on your new ride hold? If it's too narrow, what are going to do for transporting spider rigging rods? CF

    CrappieFarmer,
It really depends on if they are put together or broke down. What I have been doing is putting 8 to 10 rods on the ramp and the rest of the rods I break down and put them in the front of the boat. Then when I get to the lake, I put them in the rod holders I have mounted on the boat. When my Stick Jackets come in, I won't have to worry about the rods getting tangeled up. The Stick Jackets are pretty cool. Check them out at www.stickjacket.com I just ordered 48 of them. It's going to take a lot of work off me.

They look pretty cool. Might have to ask Santa Clause for a few of them. Tangling tips is a problem I have always had. Do you think they will work O.K. on a 12' rod? Thanks CF

If the rods are broke down, they will fit perfect for a 12 or 14 foot rod. The longest ones that they have are 6.5 feet long. But even if the rods are put together, they still work good. Most of the time the rods will get tangled up with in the first 3 or 4 feet from the tip. I have not had a tangled rod since I started using these. Great little item.
