    Looks like I'm committing to getting out there this year.....

    i see you like paddle tails. i have not used them on crappie. let us know how they work Doug.

    With a paddle tail, I can leave it as is, trim the tail to a sliced fan, a split V, a dart, a twister (spiral cut), or curled legs. I'll try a little of all to see what the action of the tails look like, and what the response is.

    I have a mold for a 1.75" twitch minnow, has a forked tail like those 1 inchers ya got, They work very well, i use a 1/32 with a 6 sickle hook... If I am getting light bites Ill switch to those little minnows and watch the line...Has put a few fish in my boat.

    Good Stuff, Hope ya got 500 jigheads lol! Where did ya get your plastics from?

    Some 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 w/ red sickle hooks.
