Those beans will sure taste good when there's snow on the ground.
And that salsa looks great.Do you make it hot or mild?
For me the hotter the better.
Not been able to hit the lake in the past week.Been to busy in my garden.Seems like everything coming in at one time...Already have 48 quarts of greenbeans canned. And 24 pints of salsa.Got to have that salsa...LOL. Still not finished.I will be canning some green tomatoes and hot peppers soon.Chow-chow will be later too.

Those look real good. I remember my parents canning each summer It was fun, but a lot of work too. I miss it.

Its real simple...All I do is buy this ..It has all the spices in it you will need...They are great....If you use the canned tomatoes be sure to drain them before adding them to your pot....Plus I add 1 or 2 HABANERO peppers to each jar ( crushed) We like it hot,hot,hot...I use to sale this stuff...Made good money at it..Now I only can for my family...Just make sure that you follow the directions for canning it ....
i have never seen this in a store where do you purchase it at
