Of the 2 Garmins you have 160-240 wich one do you prefer.
I have the 160 and was thinking of buying another one to mount up by the trolling motor. Does the 240 pick up brush piles any better than the 160?

Sorry for the late reply PITPP, you posted the same day I left for a 5 day hunting trip.
If I needed to replace my 160, I'd upgrade to the 240 or newer modle(s). The 160 is a nice unit, but it's getting dated. I use the 160 as my bow mount unit, and the 240 on the console. Really not a whole lotta difference other then the display is "cleaner" on the 240, they both have the exact same features (other then pixel count).
